Privacy

Your information
and this website.

This notice covers the Legis Labs marketing website. Client onboarding, biometric verification and pilot services require their own agreed privacy information and contractual terms.

Who is responsible

Legis Labs Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17374085, is responsible for information it receives through business enquiries. Contact info@legislabs.uk or write to Old Addenbrookes Site, Trumpington Street, Cambridge CB2 1AG, United Kingdom.

Browsing and the demonstration

The illustrative Agent Passport demo runs in your browser. It uses synthetic examples and does not request identity documents or biometric information. The application does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics or a mailing-list subscription. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, requests and security logs to serve and protect the site. Authentication and essential hosting storage may apply where access is restricted.

Enquiries

The enquiry form prepares an email draft on your device. It does not submit information to a form database. If you choose to send an email, Legis Labs receives the information in that email and uses it to respond and discuss the proposed engagement. This is generally based on legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, or steps requested before entering a contract where applicable.

Retention and service providers

Enquiry information is retained for as long as needed to respond, manage a prospective or actual relationship, and meet relevant legal obligations. Email and hosting providers may process information for those purposes. Detailed processing arrangements, retention periods and transfer safeguards for any client service are agreed before that service begins.

Your choices and rights

Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, object to processing and request portability. Contact Legis Labs using the details above. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Sensitive information

Please do not submit identity documents, biometric material, credentials or client files through this website or a general enquiry email. Appropriate collection channels and privacy safeguards must be agreed first.
